I'm happy to report that the contractor that we picked to put up a much needed railing called the week after the show. I set up a date for him to come out. He was prompt. I agreed to his price, sent a deposit a day later. Three days later a crew was here to start the railing. They came back and finished the next day. Needless to say I was happy with our choice of a contractor. They did a beautiful job and I've already had compliments from the neighbors. He was the 4th contractor I had come out over a period of 5 years. Each one wanted to do this or that and I didn't agree with them. I'm glad we waited. I would recommend Cornerstone Fence and Deck to anyone who needs work done as we did. As far as I'm concerned the Show was a success.

Josh was very attentive to my needs and gave me a competitive bid. The fence looks great installed and finished! They did a good job cleaning up the yard when they left. I would suggest a lawn sign so that others can see who did the job in addition to some kind of marking on the fence that would be relatively permanent (again for future reference and possible future sales opportunity).

I did want to let you know that we were really happy with the final product. Fence looks great and they did a nice job installing it in the scorching heat! You really have a good crew of guys working for you. I really like the self closing/self-latching gates.
